Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and supervise civil construction and renovation projects on the school campus

Prepare project estimates, budgets, and timelines

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for ongoing and upcoming projects

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality/safety compliance

Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and municipal approvals

Manage maintenance of existing school infrastructure (buildings, playgrounds, boundary walls, drainage, etc.)

Plan and supervise interior work — classroom/office fit-outs, false ceiling, flooring, painting, furniture layout, and finishing works

Coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works — plumbing lines, electrical wiring/fixtures, HVAC, and fire safety systems — ensuring proper integration with civil and interior work

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings

Liaise with government bodies for necessary permits and approvals

Manage procurement of construction, interior,



and MEP materials, and monitor vendor quality

Oversee contractor and labor management on-site, including interior and MEP contractors

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.); a Master's degree is a plus

3–7 years of relevant experience in civil construction/infrastructure projects (educational institution experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design/estimation software

Working knowledge of interior fit-out execution and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination

Familiarity with local municipal regulations and approval processes in Lucknow/UP

Strong project management and vendor coordination skills

Positive communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
