Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Fractional CFO to provide strategic financial leadership, improve financial controls, support business growth, and assist management in making data-driven financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and monitor financial strategy, budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow plans.
- Review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports and provide management insights.
- Monitor working capital, receivables, payables and overall cash position.
- Establish and strengthen financial controls, approval processes and cost-control systems.
- Analyse business profitability, product/customer margins and operating costs.
- Support management in pricing, investment, expansion and major financial decisions.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, tax consultants, bankers and finance teams.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable financial requirements.
- Review accounting processes and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare monthly management reports and CFO-level dashboards.




- Support fundraising, banking arrangements, working-capital requirements and financial negotiations, where required.

Candidate Profile

- CA / MBA Finance / equivalent qualification preferred.
- 8–15+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably with CFO/Finance Controller exposure.
- Solid experience in MIS, budgeting, cash flow, taxation, costing and financial planning.
- Experience working with SMEs/growing businesses is preferred.
- Strong analytical, commercial and decision-making skills.

Ability to work independently and advise senior management

Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per month
