Telecaller – Real Estate & Interiors

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate and follow up on leads, and schedule appointments for our real estate and interior design services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls and handle incoming customer enquiries.
- Follow up with leads through Calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about our services.
- Schedule meetings/site visits for the sales/design team.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records through CRM.

Mandatory:

- 2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate, interiors, construction, or related industries.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Fluent in English & Tamil

Salary starting from ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu
