As the face of our space, you will build a welcoming environment, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, organize engaging events, and foster meaningful connections among our members.

Key Responsibilities

Member Experience & Community Building

- Welcome members and visitors with a friendly, professional, and hospitable attitude.
- Build strong relationships with members to foster a positive, collaborative community.
- Plan and coordinate networking events, workshops, and community-building activities.
- Handle all member inquiries, seamless onboarding, membership renewals, and feedback.
- Address member concerns promptly and professionally to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.

Operations & Facility Management





- Manage the daily operations of the coworking space, ensuring it is consistently clean, organized, and fully functional.
- Oversee and manage meeting room bookings and daily workspace reservations.
- Coordinate directly with vendors, maintenance teams, and service providers to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
- Monitor daily inventory and proactively order office, printing, and pantry supplies.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of skilled experience, ideally in hospitality, customer success, event planning, or coworking management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A natural problem-solver with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Language:

- English (Preferred)
