Role Summary: ResearchAyu is hiring a stage-confident BAMS / MD BAMS doctor for events, seminars, awareness programs, and community activations. This role requires strong medical knowledge, excellent crowd handling, live Q&A; capability, and the ability to simplify knee and spine-related concepts for non-medical audiences while supporting business outcomes such as booth engagement, consultation interest, and clinic visits.

About the Role

This is not a regular clinic-only doctor role.

The doctor will represent ResearchAyu at public events, community gatherings, cultural programs, women-focused events, and awareness seminars.

The person must be medically sound, highly confident on stage, interactive with the crowd, and aligned with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct doctor-led seminars and awareness sessions at events.

Explain knee and spine health topics in simple, logical, audience-friendly language.

Handle live crowd questions and answers confidently.

Organize and conduct small engagement activities such as quizzes, games, and symptom-based crowd interaction.

Take ownership of session effectiveness and event-side impact from the doctor’s side.

Build audience seriousness, trust, and attachment with the company and seminar content.





Support event objectives such as booth engagement, scorecard completion, consultation interest, and clinic visit intent.

Coordinate with events, promoters, and clinic teams before and after events.

Represent ResearchAyu professionally as the medical face of the brand.

What We Are Looking For

Strong technical and medical knowledge, especially around knee and spine-related issues.

Excellent stage presence and strong hold over crowd.

Ability to simplify medical concepts without losing credibility.

Strong logic, communication, and live interaction skills.

Ability to create seriousness and engagement even in mixed-format event environments.

Business understanding — should know how to move the audience toward the next step without sounding overly salesy.

Preferred Experience

2–8 years of experience in patient counseling, seminars, public speaking, health awareness programs, or stage-based doctor roles.

Experience in Ayurveda, joint care, pain management, spine care, or preventive health will be an advantage.

Freshers with exceptional communication and stage confidence may also be considered if the fit is very strong.
