Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth, generate leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets in the Kannur region.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, field visits, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Meet prospective customers and explain company products/services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle regular follow-ups and convert leads into sales/admissions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct presentations, promotional activities, seminars, and campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and field activity reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.




- Good sales and customer-handling ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Good presentation and networking skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to travel for field activities.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: 0–3 years in Business Development, Sales, Field Sales, Education Sales, or EdTech.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
- EdTech/Education industry experience will be an added advantage.
