Zonal Sales Manager – Pact 2

Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Odisha, Jharkhand & Bihar
Experience: 5–6 Years
CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA

Role:
We are looking for an experienced Zonal Sales Manager to handle B2B sales, channel partners, dealers/distributors and business development in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage sales and achieve monthly/annual targets.
- Develop and maintain dealer/distributor networks.
- Generate new business and acquire recent customers.
- Handle B2B and channel sales.
- Manage the assigned territory and expand the market.
- Build strong customer and channel partner relationships.
- Handle negotiations and close deals.
- Manage sales pipeline and prepare regular reports.
- Lead and support the sales team.

Requirements

- 5–6 years of relevant sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a team leadership/managerial role.
- Strong experience in B2B, channel sales and distribution.




- Dealer/distributor management experience.
- Good business development and new client acquisition skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
