Key Responsibilities

- Lead, guide, and monitor a team of Trainers/Teachers.
- Plan and coordinate daily teaching sessions and schedules.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure timely and effective delivery of the assigned curriculum/program.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide on-ground support.
- Track team performance, attendance, session completion, and reports.
- Coordinate with school authorities and other stakeholders.
- Identify challenges and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain required trackers, reports, and program documentation.

Qualification & Skills

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Education, Management, or a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in teaching/training, preferably with team-handling experience.
- Solid communication and leadership skills.
- Good classroom management and facilitation skills.
- Ability to mentor and motivate trainers/teachers.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
- Willingness to travel to assigned schools/locations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
