Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Multi-Country Education Counsellor who can guide students across multiple study-abroad destinations based on their academic profile, career goals, budget, and preferences.

The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, recommending suitable countries and universities, managing applications, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth student journey from initial counselling to admission and visa processing.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling

- Counsel students and parents regarding study-abroad opportunities across multiple countries.
- Understand students' academic background, career goals, financial capacity, and preferred destinations.
- Recommend suitable countries, universities, courses, and intakes based on the student's profile.
- Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, living expenses, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Provide accurate information regarding eligibility, application procedures, and timelines.

Application & Admission Support

- Assist students in selecting suitable universities and courses.
- Guide students in preparing and submitting university applications.
- Coordinate with the admissions and documentation teams for application processing.




- Follow up with universities regarding applications, offers, and admission decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of student applications and follow-ups.

Visa Guidance & Coordination

- Explain the general visa process and required documentation to students.
- Coordinate with the visa processing team for documentation and application progress.
- Ensure students are informed about important visa timelines and requirements.
- Assist students with interview preparation where applicable.

Student Relationship Management

- Maintain regular communication with students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert qualified leads into applications.
- Maintain strong relationships with students throughout the admission process.
- Address student queries and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.

Business & Counselling Targets

- Achieve individual counselling and conversion targets.
- Follow up consistently with leads generated through various channels.
- Maintain updated records in CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
- Participate in seminars, education fairs, college visits, and student counselling events when required.
- Contribute to the overall growth and student enrolment targets of the company.

Preferred Country Knowledge

Candidates with knowledge of admission and visa processes for one or more of the following destinations will be preferred:

- Italy
- Germany
- France
- UK
- USA




- Canada
- Australia
- Ireland
- Other European study destinations

Strong knowledge of multiple countries and their education systems will be an added advantage.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in overseas education counselling / study abroad consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of international education systems and admission processes.
- Good understanding of university applications, scholarships, and visa procedures.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to understand student profiles and provide suitable recommendations.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp, and email communication.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Pay: ₹11,170.03 - ₹35,610.45 per month
