Arlo Ventures is hiring Business Development Associates (Telecalling) to join our growing team. We are looking for energetic, confident, and goal-oriented individuals who are passionate about sales and customer interaction. Fresher and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain our visa, flight booking, and loan processing services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule customer appointments.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong relationships.
- Update customer details in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for successful conversions.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate (Preferred)
- Freshers & Experienced Candidates
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
