Key expectations

Stock Management

Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders/invoices.

Maintain accurate stock registers/system entries.

Arrange materials systematically for easy identification and access.

Reagent & Consumable Management

Maintain adequate stock of reagents, tubes, needles, syringes, gloves, PPE, collection materials, etc.

Follow FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) for reagents and consumables.

Monitor near-expiry items and inform the concerned person in advance.

Ensure proper storage conditions as specified by manufacturers.

Daily Inventory Control

Record daily inward and outward movement of stock.

Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.

Identify items approaching reorder levels and raise purchase requests.

Conduct regular physical stock verification.

Coordinate with laboratory staff to understand upcoming requirements.

Issue materials to departments against authorized requisitions.

Prevent overstocking and unnecessary purchases.

Track wastage, breakage, expiry, and abnormal consumption.

Highlight unusual consumption patterns to management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
