Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical training sessions for students and professionals.
- Teach concepts through practical examples, demonstrations, and projects.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Develop and deliver hands-on lab sessions and real-time projects.
- Mentor students throughout their learning journey.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with current industry technologies and tools.
- Customize training content based on learner requirements.
- Support students in project development, debugging, and implementation.
- Coordinate with the Learning team to improve course content and delivery.
Required Skills
- Strong technical knowledge in one or more Software/Electronics domains.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.
- Strong practical and project-based knowledge.
- Good mentoring and classroom management skills.
- Willingness to learn and teach across multiple technical domains.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. / relevant technical qualification.
- Industry experience in Software, Electronics, Embedded, VLSI, MATLAB, Data Science, or related domains.
- Previous teaching/training experience is an added advantage.
- Candidates with solid project experience are encouraged to apply.
