Job Summary

Lucknow Builders is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and client-focused Junior Interior Designer to assist in designing and executing residential and commercial interior projects.

The candidate will be responsible for 2D/3D design, space planning, working drawings, material selection, client presentations, site coordination, and design execution, while working closely with senior designers and project teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesInterior Design & Detailing

- Develop design concepts, space plans, furniture layouts, colour schemes, and material selections.
- Prepare 2D layouts, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed drawings.
- Create 3D models, interior views, walkthroughs, and renders.
- Work on ceiling, flooring, wall treatments, lighting, furniture, décor, and other interior elements.
- Prepare mood boards, material specifications, BOQs, and presentations.
- Make design revisions based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Ensure designs are accurate, practical, and suitable for site execution.

Client & Project Coordination

- Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and design expectations.
- Assist in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
- Coordinate with senior designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.




- Conduct site visits, take/verify measurements, and monitor design execution.
- Resolve design-related issues and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Maintain professional communication and contribute to high client satisfaction.

Lead Generation & Business Development

- Assist in generating leads through references, networking, site visits, social media, and direct outreach.
- Follow up with prospective clients and support lead conversion and project acquisition.
- Contribute to assigned lead generation and business targets.
- Support repeat business, referrals, and upselling opportunities.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
- Practical knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of 3ds Max, SketchUp, Corona Renderer, D5 Render and/or Revit preferred.
- Basic knowledge of materials, space planning, detailing, and site execution.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Portfolio of academic or professional projects preferred.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
