The Job As our Production Supervisor, you will take complete ownership of factory floor operations, coordinating everything from raw material layout to final assembly. You will bridge the gap between technical drawings and physical execution, ensuring our new builds, custom fabrications, and refurbishment projects meet strict quality standards, tight client specifications, and delivery timelines while maintaining a safe working setting.

What You Will Do

- Manage daily cutting, welding, assembly, and refurbishment work on the shop floor.




- Actively help recruit new shop floor workers like fitters, welders, turners, and helpers by interviewing and testing their skills.
- Build and lead a stable, skilled production team to support our long-term growth.
- Make sure all metalwork and electrical parts are fitted properly.
- Check that all work matches the engineering drawings and quality rules.

What We Need

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- Stable work history with past experience managing a factory floor, machine building, or heavy fabrication. (Minimum on floor experience of 3 - 7 Years)
- Good leadership and candidate-hiring skills.
- Good knowledge of machining, welding, cutting, bending and reading engineering drawings.
- Looking for a long-term career association.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
