Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, selection, onboarding, joining formalities, and employee induction.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, attendance records, leave management, shift schedules, duty rosters, and HR documentation.
- Prepare duty rosters, manpower planning, workforce scheduling, staff deployment, and manpower requirements based on hospital operations.
- Handle employee relations, staff grievances, employee engagement, staff welfare, conflict resolution, and employee support.
- Ensure compliance with hospital HR policies, HR procedures, company policies, labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Plan and coordinate employee training, staff development programs, orientation, induction training, skill development, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare HR reports, attendance reports, manpower reports, recruitment reports, employee performance reports, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with department heads, doctors, nurses, administration,
and other hospital departments for manpower requirements and HR-related activities.
- Support payroll coordination, attendance verification, leave management, employee documentation, joining and exit formalities.
- Maintain confidential employee records, HR files, personnel documentation, and employee databases.
- Assist in performance management, employee retention, staff engagement, recruitment planning, and workforce management.
- Support day-to-day HR administration, hospital administration, interdepartmental coordination, and employee welfare activities.
- Use MS Office, MS Excel, HRMS, HR software, email, and other HR tools for maintaining records and preparing reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Valuable communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
