We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships, drive sales, generate revenue, and achieve business targets in Delhi.

Candidates with strong experience in EdTech or Banking/Financial Services, particularly in Sales, Relationship Management, Business Development, or Revenue Generation, are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Drive sales and revenue generation to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Generate and convert leads through calls, meetings, and regular follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets consistently.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.




- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

Requirements

- 3 - 5 years of experience in Relationship Management, Sales, Business Development, or Revenue Generation.
- Experience in EdTech or Banking/Financial Services is preferred.
- Strong track record of achieving sales/revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.

Candidates from EdTech and Banking/Financial Services with strong sales and revenue-generation experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
