Key Responsibilities – Business Development Officer

1. Lead Generation – Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.

2. Client Acquisition – Contact potential clients, understand their requirements, and convert them into customers.

3. Business Development – Identify new markets, industries, and business opportunities.

4. Client Relationship Management – Maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.

5. Sales Targets – Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation, meetings, and revenue targets.

6. Follow-ups – Regularly follow up with prospects and clients to move opportunities toward closure.

7. Meetings & Presentations – Arrange client meetings, present company services, and prepare proposals/quotations.

Market Research – Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.

9. Sales Coordination – Coordinate with the operations, marketing, and management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

10. Reporting – Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, conversions, and sales performance.

11. Customer Feedback – Collect client feedback and communicate requirements or issues to the concerned team.

12. Revenue Growth – Contribute to increasing the company’s client base, sales, and overall revenue.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,080,000.00 per year
