CARE FOR AUTISM FOUNDATION

Care For Autism Foundation is a parent-led initiative dedicated to supporting children with autism through structured therapies, awareness, and parent training. We focus on building independence, improving communication, and creating a protected, nurturing environment for every child.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Special Educator to join our team and contribute to the learning, development, and independence of children with autism.

POSITION: SPECIAL EDUCATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Special Educator to work with children with autism through structured and individualized educational approaches. The role includes supporting communication and language development, behaviour and social skills, academic and cognitive development, daily living and self-help skills, activity-based learning, and overall independence. The Special Educator will also be responsible for implementing individualized goals, maintaining progress records and documentation, coordinating with therapists and parents, and working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support each child's development.

REQUIREMENTS

- B.Ed. Special Education / Bachelor's or Master's in Special Education
- RCI Registration preferred
- Experience with Autism / Special Needs preferred
- Freshers are welcome to apply
