Bindubala Trading Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our Jawa, Yezdi and BSA dealership team in Kolkata.
The CRE will play an important role in building customer trust and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate will manage leads, follow up with prospective and existing customers, maintain CRM records, and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customer enquiries, leads, and showroom visitors.
- Manage leads efficiently and update their status regularly.
- Maintain accurate customer data and interactions in CRM software.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through timely communication.
- Handle customer complaints, concerns, and feedback politely and effectively.
- Support customer retention and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Desired Skills & Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer-handling, follow-up, and relationship-building ability.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and lead-management processes.
- Ability to handle complaints calmly and offer suitable resolutions.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and spreadsheets.
- Experience in customer service, call centre, retail, automobile dealership, or sales support is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude may also apply.
