Key Responsibilities

On Camera Presentation: Act as the engaging face of the brand for video content, explainers, campaigns, and interactive corporate interviews without hesitation.

Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other channels to maximize ROI and scale acquisition.

Marketing Strategy & Analytics: Analyze campaign performance metrics, audience behavior, and market trends to optimize ad spend and forecast growth.

Content Ideation & Scripting: Brainstorm high converting video angles, write compelling hooks and scripts, and work hand in hand with our video editing team to bring concepts to life.

Interviewing & Hosting: Lead discussions, host internal/external podcasts or expert interviews, and present insights naturally on camera.

Key Requirements

Camera Confidence: Exceptional on camera presence,



strong public speaking skills, and the natural ability to engage an audience effortlessly.

Experience: Proven experience in performance marketing, growth strategy, and digital analytics.

Analytical Mindset: Solid capability to interpret data dashboards, track KPIs, and translate metrics into actionable marketing decisions.

Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and conduct professional interviews.

Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and eager to drive a brand's public presence from the front lines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
