Education: Any Graduate
Experience: 1 Year

Job Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Maintain product quality and follow company standards.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and stores teams.
- Identify production issues and help implement corrective actions.
- Maintain production reports and records.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Support process improvement and reduce production downtime/wastage.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate can apply.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
