Reporting to: Trainee Assistant Manager / Manager - 360 Degree

Roles & Responsibilities

- Help the team accomplish the mission and vision of the Foundation through group meetings, community engagement, and village development planning.
- Conduct household surveys, profiling, and village profiling for water, irrigation, employment, dairy, and health needs.
- Enhance household and village incomes through irrigation, livelihoods, enterprise development, orchards, and animal husbandry.
- Identify health interventions and implement programmes.
- Identify schools requiring interventions, visit schools and Anganwadis, and coordinate partner assessments.
- Identify drinking water and sanitation needs and implement schemes with Gram Vikas Samiti.




- Create sustainable community institutions through VDCs, SHGs, farmer groups, and youth groups; build capacity and attend Gram Sabha meetings.
- Coordinate with Swades technical teams, partners, vendors, government officials, Sarpanch, Sevak, Talathi, Medical Officer, ASHA, ANM, and teachers.
- Share learnings, conduct exposure visits, write case studies, monitor execution, and support managers in resolving challenges.
- Collate programme information, track progress against goals, and maintain accurate MIS records.

- Any Graduate or Post Graduate
- 3+ years experience preferred
