We are seeking an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations in our manufacturing facility at Mandideep. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace maintenance across offices, production areas, warehouses, washrooms, canteen, and common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily housekeeping activities across the facility.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Allocate work and monitor housekeeping staff performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain housekeeping records.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for housekeeping services.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance requirements are met.

Qualification:

- 12th Pass / Graduate
- 2–3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a factory, manufacturing unit, warehouse, or production facility.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Housekeeping Supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)
