Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the girls' hostel.
- Ensure the safety, security, discipline, and well-being of all residents.
- Maintain hostel attendance, entry/exit records, and other required registers.
- Monitor students' daily routines, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Handle student concerns, complaints, and emergencies appropriately.
- Coordinate with management regarding hostel-related requirements and issues.
- Ensure hostel rules and regulations are properly followed.
- Supervise housekeeping, food, maintenance, and general hostel facilities.
- Coordinate with parents/guardians when required.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive hostel setting.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to manage and guide students effectively.
- Responsible, disciplined, and approachable.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.

Education: PUC/ Any Degree.

Experience : 0-3 years preferred.
