- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through innovative problem-solving.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Robust analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level financial software solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Capability to document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for ongoing support.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
