The Marketing-cum-Receptionist manages the front desk, greets patients, schedules appointments, and actively promotes clinic services outside the office by visiting local medical professionals to build referral networks.Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Office Duties

- Welcome patients and visitors with a professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Handle patient registration and maintain electronic records accurately.
- Process basic billing, collections, and payment receipts.

Marketing & Doctor Visit Duties





- Conduct scheduled field visits to local physicians, clinics, and hospitals to promote the facility's specialized services.
- Build and maintain strong qualified relationships with referring doctors and medical staff.
- Distribute promotional brochures, update collateral, and share service-line highlights during outreach visits.
- Collect feedback from medical partners and report market trends or competitor activities to management.
- Assist in organizing promotional health camps, community events, and in-house marketing campaigns.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
