About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in managing daily operations at Fardoons Bakery. The candidate should be customer-focused, team-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced bakery/restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant and bakery outlet operations.
- Supervise and motivate staff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Monitor sales, billing, cash handling, inventory, and wastage.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and counter teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Support achievement of daily and monthly sales targets.




- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with staff training and operational planning.
- Be flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Requirements

- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Restaurant, Café, Bakery, QSR, or Food & Beverage operations.
- Good communication and people-management skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of POS, billing, inventory, and restaurant operations.
- Candidate must be ready to work with Fardoons Bakery and in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
