Are you passionate about aesthetics, event styling, and party decor? Join our team as an Event Decor Design Intern at our office! Your primary responsibility will be to curate and design unique event decor themes for various occasions to be featured on our website.

High-performing interns will have the direct opportunity to transition into a permanent, full-time role with the company upon completion.

(Note: This role focuses strictly on temporary event production and setup design, not permanent interior design or architecture.)

Key Responsibilities

Curate unique decor themes for events like weddings, milestone birthdays, corporate functions, and seasonal festivals.

Create digital mood boards or sketches detailing event color palettes, temporary lighting, backdrops, and table layouts.

Write short theme breakdowns listing key decor elements like props, floral arrangements, and centerpieces so customers know exactly what they are ordering.

Required Tools Knowledge

Visual Curation: Advanced proficiency in Pinterest and Instagram for trend sourcing and theme research.

Mood Boarding & Design:



Strong hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator to build concept boards.

Event Layouts (Preferred): Familiarity with layout software like SketchUp, WeddingWire 3D, AllSeated, or basic 3D rendering tools to visualize physical setups.

Documentation: Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel to list required decor inventory and prop lists.

Requirements

Ability to work from our physical office location.

Strong eye for event styling, color theory, aesthetics, and current party decor trends.

Excellent presentation and visual storytelling skills.
