Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Email Marketing.

The role focuses on consistent communication, brand building, and customer engagement in the B2B industrial and testing domain.

LinkedIn Marketing

- Plan and execute weekly LinkedIn content for all 3 companies
- Create posts around products, testing activities, certifications, and industry insights
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice
- Monitor engagement and improve content performance

WhatsApp Marketing

- Create and manage daily/weekly WhatsApp status updates
- Design quick creatives for offers, products, and lab activities
- Ensure regular visibility among existing customers and contacts

Email Marketing

- Design and send email campaigns, newsletters, and product updates
- Maintain and segment customer database
- Track open rates, responses, and engagement

Content Creation

- Design creatives using Canva / Photoshop




- Capture basic photos/videos of products, lab work, and activities
- Write simple and effective marketing copy

Planning & Coordination

- Prepare monthly content calendar
- Coordinate with internal team for product and technical inputs
- Ensure timely execution of all marketing activities

Reporting

- Share weekly updates on posts, engagement, and campaign activity
- Suggest ideas to improve visibility and consistency

Candidate Profile

- Basic understanding of LinkedIn marketing & email campaigns
- Good at design + content writing
- Organized and consistent in execution
- Comfortable working in a B2B/industrial environment
- Willing to learn and take ownership

Tools & Skills

- Canva / Photoshop
- Email tools (Mailchimp, etc.)
- Basic Excel for tracking
- Good written English
