Role Overview:

As a Collection Executive, you’ll be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, ensuring timely collections, and supporting the team in achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up with customers for payment reminders.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Meet monthly collection goals and contribute to team success.
- Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism.
