Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages as per restaurant standards.
- Set up and clear tables efficiently before and after guest service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
- Ensure proper table setup, cutlery, crockery, and service equipment.
- Assist guests with menu-related queries and provide positive customer service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow company standards for grooming, hygiene, service, and guest handling.
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when required.
- Support the team during peak hours, weekends, and special events.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a Steward / F&B; Service Associate / Waiter in a restaurant or hotel is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude may also apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Well-groomed, disciplined, and service-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
