Position: Customer Support Associate – Seller Support

Job Details

- Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week
- Shift: Rotational
- Week Off: Rotational
- Cab Facility: Both side cab available during odd hours
- Process: Seller Support – E-commerce

Key Responsibilities

- Handle seller queries through Voice, Chat, Email, or assigned channels.
- Support sellers with orders, payments, listings, inventory, shipping, returns, refunds, account-related queries, etc.
- Identify issues, provide accurate resolutions and escalate cases when required.
- Maintain proper case documentation and follow defined SOPs, SLAs, quality and compliance standards.




- Deliver a professional seller experience and meet productivity and quality targets.

Candidate Profile

- Experience in E-commerce, Seller Support, Customer Support, Contact Centre or BPO preferred.
- Solid verbal and written English communication.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume and target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Experience:

- international bpo process: 1 year (Required)
