Full job description

1. Operations Management

- Supervise day-to-day operations of the outlet during assigned shifts
- Ensure timely opening and closing of the store
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Monitor product quality, presentation, and consistency

2. Team Management

- Supervise and guide staff (cashiers, servers, kitchen staff)
- Maintain discipline and team motivation

3. Customer Service

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming store workplace

4. Cash & Billing Management

- Oversee billing and cash handling during shifts
- Ensure proper invoicing and accurate transactions
- Monitor cash register and minimize discrepancies

5. Inventory & Stock Control





- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
- Reduce wastage and control pilferage
- Maintain daily inventory records

6. Sales & Performance

- Drive sales during shifts through upselling and promotions
- Report daily sales performance to management
- Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs
- Maintain daily reports (sales, inventory, staff attendance)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
