Receptionist & Telecaller

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Experience: 1–2 years preferred

Job Responsibilities:

* Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and customers professionally.

* Handle incoming and outgoing calls and provide basic information about the company and projects.

* Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

* Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper call records.

* Schedule client meetings and site visits for the sales team.

* Coordinate with the sales and management teams regarding customer requirements.

* Maintain daily call, visitor, and follow-up reports.

* Handle basic front-desk and administrative responsibilities.

* Maintain a professional and friendly environment at the reception area.





* Perform other tasks related to reception and telecalling as assigned by management.

Requirements:

* Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

* Pleasant personality and professional attitude.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

* Valuable convincing and follow-up skills.

* Prior experience in telecalling, reception, real estate, or customer handling will be an advantage.
