Position - Store Cum Admin

Store & Inventory Management and Administration

- Manage day-to-day warehouse/store operations, including material receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate physical and system inventory and ensure timely reconciliation.
- Ensure proper material identification, tagging, binning, and systematic storage.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with SCM/Ops teams for material requirements.
- Ensure timely processing of MRN, Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Stock Transfer, and other SAP transactions.
- Conduct Physical Verification (PV)
- Maintain records of reusable, damaged, obsolete, and scrap materials.
- Coordinate material movement between warehouses, branches, and project locations.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, inventory controls, and audit requirements.
- Warehouse Operations
- Coordinate with 3PL/warehouse for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor warehouse housekeeping, safety, security, and space utilization.
- Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward material movements.
- Prepare and share MIS, inventory reports,



stock reconciliation
- Hands-on experience in SAP MM / Inventory transactions
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, and reporting.
- Verify vendor bills against actual services/material movements and coordinate for timely processing.
- Handle day-to-day administrative activities related to office/store operations.
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, maintenance, transportation, courier, and other facility-related services.
- Manage office/store infrastructure, utilities, stationery, and other administrative requirements.
- Maintain agreements, licenses, statutory documents, and other administrative records.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, landlords, and service providers.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and ensure optimum utilization of administrative resources.

Qualification / Experience :

- Graduate/Post Graduate
1 – 2 Years Experience
