- Review and validate insurance policies submitted by enrolled patients. • Assess coverage for drug therapy, infusion procedures, diagnostics, and hospitalization where applicable. • Interpret policy terms including: o Sum insured and sub-limits o Co-pay and deductible clauses o Waiting periods o Disease exclusions o Network hospital eligibility o Day-care procedure coverage
