Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, HR documentation, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and maintain personnel records.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and employee documentation.
- Assist in payroll coordination and HR administration.
- Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain HR reports and confidential employee records.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software is an advantage.
