Hiring: Area Sales Manager – Kochi

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Kochi.

Job Description:

 Achieve territory sales, volume, and key product targets in line with business objectives.

 Drive territory growth, PCPM, and successful recent product launches.

 Lead, coach, and develop a team of Medical Representatives through regular joint field work and on-the-job training.

 Recruit, induct, retain, and effectively manage field force, including vacant territories.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and key customers.

 Ensure effective territory coverage, customer call productivity, and adherence to tour plans (STP).

 Execute promotional campaigns, doctor meetings, CMEs, OPD activities,



and other marketing initiatives.

 Monitor field performance, promotional input utilization, and implementation of sales strategies.

 Strengthen distribution through effective stockist management and inventory coordination.

 Review team performance, analyze market trends, and implement corrective actions to achieve business goals.

 Maintain accurate customer databases (MCR/Chemist List) and ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
