Technical Sales Manager – Elevators

Location: Hyderabad | Experience: 3–7 Years | Employment: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth for a leading elevator company. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of elevators, excellent client-handling skills, and a proven ability to convert opportunities into orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent leads and develop business with builders, developers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Understand project requirements and recommend suitable elevator solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, BOQs, and commercial offers.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Negotiate and close sales while achieving assigned targets.
- Coordinate with engineering, estimation, project, installation,



and service teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in elevator/lift sales or technical sales preferred.
- Good knowledge of elevator products, specifications, and applications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel for client and project visits.
