About The Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at The Car Laundry. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store functionality, manage the team effectively, and deliver excellent customer service while driving store-level revenue and walk-in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Store & Team Management:
- Maintain cleanliness of the store and machines.
- Ensure the team is allocated tasks efficiently.
- Monitor and enhance store-level revenue, walk-in sales, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Vehicle Handling:
- Oversee car receiving and task allocation to the team.
- Prepare checklists and update car statuses regularly.
- Upload car interior, exterior, and progress pictures in the group.
- Customer Engagement:
- Conduct vehicle inspections before delivery.




- Communicate with customers regarding delivery timelines.
- Handle payment collection and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Delivery & Logistics:
- Arrange drivers for vehicle delivery.
- Close the store at the end of the day efficiently.
- Inventory & Maintenance:
- Update stock requirements and report maintenance issues promptly.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in store sales and operations management.
- Ability to drive and possess a valid driving license.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Team leadership and customer service experience.
