Canam Consultants Ltd. is a leading overseas education consulting organization helping students achieve their international education goals. We are looking for a motivated B2B Business Development professional to develop and manage partnerships with overseas education consultants, agents, and recruitment partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B partnerships with education consultants, agents, and recruitment partners.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and market research.
- Present Canam’s services, application platform, and partnership opportunities to potential partners.
- Onboard new partners and provide training and support on the platform and processes.
- Regularly follow up with partners to increase applications and business volume.
- Coordinate with internal admission, visa, and operations teams for smooth partner support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B business and partner onboarding targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, partner interactions, onboarding,



and business performance.
- Travel for partner meetings and business development activities when required.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Partner Management.
- Experience in the overseas education industry will be preferred.
- Experience working with education consultants, agents, or recruitment partners will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
- Strong follow-up and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings when required.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with 2+ years of B2B experience in the overseas education sector and knowledge of international education markets such as Canada, UK, Germany, or Australia will be preferred.
