About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry & Accounts Assistant with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial databases, supporting the accounting team with daily tasks, and ensuring all data is processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately input, update, and maintain high volumes of financial and operational data in our system.
- Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoice generation and payment tracking.
- Assist with daily bookkeeping and month-end closing activities.




- Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records.
- Generate routine reports using Microsoft Excel for management review.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in data entry and accounting support.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar ERPs).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
