Process Coordinator – HR Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Coordinator – HR Assistant to support the HR team in daily activities and ensure HR processes are completed smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate daily HR activities with different departments.

2. Maintain employee records and HR documents.

3. Coordinate recruitment and interview schedules.

4. Assist in employee joining and onboarding processes.

5. Monitor attendance, leave, and employee data.

6. Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.

7. Prepare HR reports and update MIS.

8. Follow up on pending HR activities and ensure timely completion.

9.



Assist in preparing HR letters and other documents.

10. Coordinate employee-related queries with the concerned team.

11. Ensure HR processes are followed properly.

12. Support the HR team in day-to-day activities.

Key Skills

1. Positive communication and coordination skills.

2. Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

3. Good organizational and time-management skills.

4. Attention to detail.

5. Basic knowledge of HR processes.

6. Ability to follow up and complete tasks on time.

7. Willingness to learn.

Qualification

1. Any Bachelor’s Degree.

2. MBA HR / MSW HR is preferred.

Freshers can apply.

1–3 years of experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
