Role Summary
We are seeking an energetic Sales leader to lead a team of Digital sales agents focused on converting leads for Secured Lending Business. Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) sourced via Money view APP. This role offers significant exposure to solving for diverse customer segments across multiple regions of India, providing a platform to develop as a well-rounded leader in digital lending.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead and coach a team of 5-10 Digital sales agents, driving high performance and productivity.

● Ensure achievement of team targets for lead-to-login and lead-to-disbursal conversions. ● Build processes that deliver excellent customer experience, including call quality, timely follow-up, and accurate documentation.

● Coordinate closely with field sales and operations for seamless customer journeys.

● Monitor agent KPIs, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.





● Handle customer escalations professionally.

● Support recruitment, onboarding, and upskilling of agents.

Key KPIs
● Lead-to-login conversion %

● Lead-to-disbursal conversion %

● Agent productivity (logins / disbursals per agent)

● Call quality & compliance scores

● TAT adherence

Experience & Skills
● 5+ .years in Digital sales / inside sales, preferably in secured lending (HL / LAP).

● 1–2 years experience leading a team.

● Solid coaching, process, and communication skills.

● Proficiency with CRM / dialer tools

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
