Position: Hostess/Host
Department: Front Office / Service
Location: Mulund
Salary: ₹15,000-17,000

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage guest seating and maintain the seating plan.
- Handle reservations, walk-ins, and guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with the service team for smooth table allocation.
- Maintain a pleasant and professional appearance at all times.
- Assist guests with basic menu and restaurant information.
- Handle guest requests and coordinate with the concerned department.
- Ensure the entrance and reception area is clean and presentable.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle a fast-paced setting.
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
