Key Responsibility: Sales Strategy Develop & Drive Sales Growth

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies for Container Homes and Modular Solutions
- Identifying new markets, customer segments and business opportunities
- Creating sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets
- Generating leads through multiple channels
- Developing strategies for B2B and B2C sales
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
- Identifying opportunities in residential, commercial, hospitality and institutional sectors

Client Relationship Management

Build Solid & Long-Term Relationships

Key responsibilities will include:

- Building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understanding customer requirements and providing suitable solutions
- Managing the complete customer journey from enquiry to closure
- Maintaining relationships with real estate developers, architects and consultants
- Conducting client meetings,



presentations and product demonstrations
- Handling negotiations and commercial discussions professionally
- Ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
- Developing repeat business and referral opportunitiese.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and customer requirements
- Experience in handling premium customers and high-value sales
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Ability to develop new business opportunities independently
- Experience in achieving sales targets and revenue growth
- MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
