Key Responsibilities

- Carry out Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of new 3-wheeler vehicles as per the company/OEM checklist.
- Check the vehicle for transit damage, dents, scratches, paint defects and other body issues.
- Inspect engine, gearbox, clutch, brakes, steering and suspension for proper functioning.
- Check and maintain required levels of engine oil, gear oil, coolant and other fluids.
- Check tyre condition and tyre pressure as per manufacturer specifications.
- Inspect and test battery, wiring, lights, indicators, horn, wiper and other electrical components.
- Check starting, idling, gear shifting, clutch operation and overall vehicle performance.
- Conduct a basic road test to identify unusual noise, vibration, steering or braking issues.
- Identify any defects and coordinate with the workshop team for rectification before delivery.
- Ensure all required accessories, tools and safety equipment are available in the vehicle.




- Ensure the vehicle is properly cleaned and ready for customer delivery.
- Inform the Workshop In-charge/Service Manager about any major defect or repair requirement.
- Ensure vehicles are released for delivery only after completing all PDI requirements.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of 3-wheeler automobile systems.
- Good understanding of mechanical and electrical components.
- Ability to identify vehicle defects and troubleshoot basic problems.
- Knowledge of basic tools and workshop equipment.
- Valuable attention to detail.
- Ability to follow OEM/company PDI checklists and processes.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
