​Key Responsibilities

​1. Real Estate Sales & Lead Management ​Lead

#Conversion: Follow up with inbound leads generated from digital campaigns, property portals, and social media. ​

#Client Engagement: Answer client queries regarding flat availability, pricing, floor plans, specifications, and payment schedules over calls, WhatsApp, and emails. ​

#Site Visit Coordination: Schedule and coordinate virtual property presentations or physical site visits with our on-ground team. ​

#Pipeline Management: Maintain an up-to-date CRM/tracker of all prospective buyers, follow-up schedules, and deal stages. ​

2. Instagram Management & Content Creation ​

#Content Strategy: Plan and execute a consistent content calendar showcasing our ongoing construction projects, completed flats, and customer testimonials. ​

#Reels & Posts: Shoot (or coordinate footage for), edit, and post engaging Instagram Reels, stories, and feed posts highlighting flat interiors, construction quality, and walkthroughs.





# Community Engagement: Respond to DMs and comments promptly, nurturing prospective leads and building a strong local online community.

#​Brand Growth: Implement basic strategies to grow our follower base and increase page reach organically. ​

Requirements & Qualifications

​#Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in real estate sales, inside sales, or digital marketing (construction or property sector experience is a strong plus). ​

#Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil (knowledge of local market dynamics is essential). ​

#Digital Savviness: Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and basic social media editing apps (Canva, CapCut, Instagram tools).

​#Self-Motivated: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and hit monthly sales targets from a remote work setting.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
