job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Hospital Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day functioning of the hospital, ensure smooth coordination between departments, maintain service quality, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor daily hospital operations and workflow.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, technicians, front office, billing, pharmacy, housekeeping, and other departments.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and quality patient services.
- Monitor OPD, IPD, emergency, OT, diagnostic and other hospital operations.
- Handle staff scheduling, duty rosters, attendance, and manpower requirements.
- Monitor departmental performance and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, NABH standards, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor patient complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for smooth operations.
- Monitor hospital inventory, equipment, maintenance, and facility requirements.




- Track operational KPIs, revenue-related processes, expenses, and efficiency.
- Conduct regular departmental meetings and prepare operational reports.
- Support audits, inspections, accreditation activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain coordination with senior management and provide regular operational updates.

Required Skills:

- Robust hospital administration and operations knowledge.
- Excellent communication and team-management skills.
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of NABH and hospital quality standards.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and hospital management software.
- Ability to handle multiple departments and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
