Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with experience in IT Software Sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling HRMS, CRM, ERP, Payroll Software, or other SaaS-based software solutions to business clients. Candidates with strong B2B sales experience and a passion for achieving targets are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and qualify B2B leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

* Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable HRMS, CRM, ERP, or SaaS solutions.

* Conduct product presentations and online demonstrations for prospective clients.

* Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.

* Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.

* Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.





* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

* Maintain accurate sales records, daily activity reports, and customer interactions in the CRM.

Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT Software Sales / SaaS Sales / HRMS / CRM / ERP / Payroll Software Sales.

* Experience in B2B Sales is mandatory.

* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

* Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.

* Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
